To help ensure longevity, I recommend hand-washing handmade pottery.

Does Meesh Pottery do custom orders?

Sometimes! It depends on the project.  Meesh Pottery is a small-batch studio, and a lot that can go wrong during any of the many stages of the ceramic process. Pieces take approximately 1-3 months to be completed from start to finish — and that's only if all goes well!

If you have a project in mind, and are open to a longer wait, contact me and I will let you know if I can manage your project at the time of request, what the price will be, and what the timeline may be.

Can I reserve a piece?

If you see a piece on my website or on my Instagram that you like, be in touch. It may be available for sale in my studio!

What are Meesh Pottery's shipping policies?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Expect 3-7 days processing time and 3-10 days for shipping via USPS. I ship in the US only at this time. For multiple purchases, I will do my best to package them together. Once your package is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number. If experiencing delays or missing packages, please contact the post office.

Does Meesh Pottery accept returns?

I do not accept returns. For packages that are shipped and arrive damaged or broken: please photograph the package and the broken pieces together and send them to me so I can file an insurance claim with the post office. Once the claim is filed, we can discuss next steps to ensure everyone is smiling.
